After a remarkable life of 99 years, Murray passed away peacefully to join his beloved wife of 70 years, Mary (2021). Cherished father of Lynne and husband Michael, Daniel and wife Janice, Sharon and husband Ron, David and wife Jeanne. Treasured grandfather of Lianne Quinlan (Dave), Laurie Quinlan, Andrew Quinlan, Timothy Quinlan, Sean Sutton (Jenni), Scott Sutton (Alison), Shannon Holland (Vince), Dan Masse (Min), Steve Masse (Kayla), Taralyn Masse, Katelyn Sutton, Matthew Sutton (Brooke), Melanie Sutton. Murray was proud of his great-grandchildren Owen, Ella, Luke, Charlie, Fiona, Molly, Nathan, Alex, Brielle, Jack, and Anderson. Predeceased by his sisters Jessie and Eileen (Doug). Survived by his brother Basil (late Betty) and niece Kathy MacLean. Murray devoted his life to his family, faith, and community, and was always willing to offer his time and expertise whenever needed. He lived a full life, with kindness, generosity, and integrity, often with humor. The family would like to thank the staff at Amica-Riverside for their care and kindness. If desired, Murray would appreciate donations made to the Sacred Heart Parish, LaSalle - Society of St. Vincent de Paul. July 16, 1948 to March 19, 2024. Married to his best friend Carol for 53 years, Tom was the devoted father of Tracy and Devin Lavergne and Shannon and Derek Taylor. His grandchildren Miya and Reed brought incredible joy to his life, and he loved being their Pipi. Tom will be missed by his brother Don (Pauline), sister Michelle (Brian), brother Duke (Darlene) and sisters in law Mary and Maria, and Sue (Brian). Tom will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and lifelong friends. Tom will be joining his family in Heaven, parents Dot and Mick Mangin, in laws Lucy, Rudy and Don Stillman, brother Doug, and sister in law Jan. Tom grew up on Mangin’s Fruit Farm in South Windsor, where he got his green thumb. His love of cars started in the garage at the Farm working alongside his brothers and friends on their latest projects. His love of cars continued into adulthood. Tom went on to become a mechanic for the City of Windsor, retiring in 2007. He purchased Big Red (a 1938 Pontiac) in 1991, and spent many years travelling to car shows with his wife Carol. Those who knew Tom best know he loved nothing more than his family and friends .Traveling across the country with Carol. A fresh trail ride in Huntsville. Spending time with his grandkids. Volunteering wherever he saw a need. And an ice cold Rum & Coke. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate non-perishable food item donations to local food banks. If you desire, bring your donation to the funeral home and the family will distribute them across the area. Thank you to the Colchester team at St. Clair Village for caring for him and loving him like your own. At the family’s request casual attire is requested. On Friday March 22, 2024 visitation will be held at Families First 2130 Front Road, LaSalle from 2-4 and 6-8 PM. On Saturday March 23, 2024 Visitation will resume from 10 AM until time of funeral service at 11AM. Cremation to follow.

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved brother Shawn on February 25, 2024 at 52 years of age. Reunited with his parents, Gerald (2022) and Joyce (2017) as well as his brother, Duane (2017) (Mary Meloche). Survived by his siblings, Denise (Mike Tourangeau 2022), Michelle (Flavio Marcon), Chris (Denise), Cindy (Larry Fleszar), Rick (Kathy), Dave (Bev) and Lori (Paul Dowell). Beloved pet dad to his dog Austin. Shawn will be dearly missed by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and all who knew and loved him. Shawn is most known for his sense of humour, his love for Mets Baseball and Notre Dame Football, photography, woodworking but most of all, his love for his Mustang. He loved gathering and spending time with his family. Often camping, travelling and spending time outdoors. Shawn was a proud graduate of St. Anne’s High School and the University of Windsor. He was a man of great faith and an active member of Sacred Heart Church LaSalle Those who knew Shawn, knew him as a fighter that never gave up. Despite his diagnosis of Leukemia at a young age, he was a survivor and overcame numerous obstacles throughout his life. A special thank you to all the health care providers in Windsor and London that contributed to Shawn’s care over the years. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Shawn’s name can be made to Journey Hospice of Windsor Essex County or Hospice of Windsor Essex County. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 28, 2024 from 3:00pm-5:00pm and 7:00pm-9:00pm at Families First LaSalle (2130 Front Rd. LaSalle 519-969-5841). Dear daughter of the late Frank (1991), Melvina (1963) and step-mother Jane (1995). Cherished grandmother of Jenny Pettypiece, Kevin, Melissa, Melanie, Hillary, Joey and Jamie Laframboise, Robyn Basyte, Denis Chabot and great grandmother of 17 great grandchildren. Peacefully, in her sleep on January 28, 2024 at the age of 89. Loving wife of Marc for 69 years. Dearest mother of Diane Gignac and husband Ray, William J. Meloche and wife Yvette, Tim Meloche and wife Sheila, Jim Meloche and wife Janice. Cherished grandmother of Deanna Mann (Adam), Adam Gignac, Nicole Meloche, Lisette Rutherford (Mike), Ryan Meloche (Alexa), Jamie Meloche, Kara Faulkner (Austin), Sydney Meloche, and Dawson Meloche. Jean will be lovingly remembered by her 6 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her parents Peter and Theresa Srokosz and her late brother Walter (survived by Sue). Jean loved to shop, interacting with friends and neighbours, but most of all she loved her family dearly.
